Our skilled and experienced Veterinarians are USDA-accredited for domestic and international pet travel and always have the most up-to-date information regarding USDA and CDC regulations. We have proudly assisted over 1,000 pets in reaching their travel destinations!

Please note that completion of this form does not secure your appointment booking or start the travel process. After pressing "Submit", your form will be automatically sent to our Pet Travel Specialist who will review the travel assistance request, upon approval we will reach out to you to get officially started on the process.

For all international destinations, we require a minimum of 30 days' notice prior to travel. All international health certificate appointments are subject to approval by our Pet Travel Specialist prior to booking. Note: If you require urgent assistance for immediate upcoming travel within 30 days or less, please complete the form below and contact us at (858) 270-4120.

Please note, your travel request may not be accommodated due to timeline restrictions, and depending on your pet’s medical records. If your pet is 10+ years old, we may require a physical exam to ensure your pet is healthy enough for travel. This is an additional requirement and is an additional exam fee. Returning to the US is the responsibility of the pet owner. For guidance on returning to the US, please contact the USDA, CDC, or a local veterinarian at your destination for assistance.
