Seamless International Pet Travel, Expertly Handled
Planning to take your beloved companion abroad? Whether you’re relocating, going on an extended adventure, or bringing home your new best friend from overseas, our expert veterinary team ensures your pet’s journey is safe, smooth, and compliant. It’s important to know the requirements for a pet health certificate. This is an official document that confirms your pet is healthy and fit to travel, and will help you clear customs and TSA checkpoints.
Why are pet health certificates required?
These certificates help protect pets, other animals, and humans from the spread of disease and ensure that your pet meets the health requirements of your destination country. In fact, without a health certificate, pets may be denied entry or quarantined on arrival.

Ready to take flight? Follow the below steps to get started today!
Step 1
Please submit our Pet Travel Inquiry Form below to request assistance with your pet’s travel process. We do not issue Health Certificates to New Zealand, Australia, or Guam. Once this form has been completed and received, we will contact you to confirm that we can assist with your pet’s travel, and to start the process.
We recommend you call us once you have filled out this form in order to confirm receipt. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours of submitting this form, please give us a call. If you do not have a flight booked yet, but know you are planning on traveling in a specific month, please list that information in the inquiry form. A “general” timeline is what we need.
Step 2
Yay! If you’re on step two, it means your pet’s travel process has been approved. Please be sure to contact us to pay the Health Certificate Preparation Fee. This fee covers our Travel Specialist’s time to cross-reference USDA and CDC Regulations with your pet’s medical records to determine what your pet may need to meet export requirements and provide a seamless travel experience.
Please submit the Pet Intake Form to provide the necessary information so the Travel Specialist can begin your pet’s travel process. She will reach out once all necessary documents have been filled out, received, and paid for.
Please note: We often assist several traveling pets at once, and our specialist will reach out in the order requests are received. We appreciate your patience.
Step 3
While you await the specialist’s call/text, we recommend you familiarize yourself with your destination’s travel requirements, and be prepared with any questions you might have for the specialist. Here is a certified resource to look at the USDA travel requirements:
